Conceive and create a book launch, for his new "
Complete Poetic Works of Michael Madsen
" book that would gain national attention and continue to generate publicity and sales for the year to follow... and beyond.
Our team went to work.
The famous Hollywood and Highland's
Highlands Club
agreed to be the host venue. We invited Michael's celebrity friends such as
David Carradine

Peter Coyote

Mark Rydell

Jay Weston
, and so on. But the press called,
Oscar®
nominated sister,
Virginia Madsen
's surprise arrival the pièce de résistance. We flew her in from shooting a movie, on location, after telling her brother Michael she could not attend.
The alluring invitation and carefully planned "pre-buzz" generated a substantial press turn out and forced us to cut off RSVP's well in advance.
Our efforts and renown, and unique style of Celebrity International, garnered a full half hour national television show featuring the making of this event. The
Food Network
called it a huge success aired the show several times!
